The Process

If you are ready to sell your home, reach out to me directly for a free broker price opinion. We will schedule a meeting and tour of your home which will include a listing presentation so you can learn more about the process. I will then provide a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) to support my recommendation for the listing price of your home.
I take the marketing of your home very seriously and there are a number of things that we can do to market effectively. This includes photography and videography, social media marketing with a wide range of broker relationships, group showings, Matterport 3D walkthroughs for out-of-state buyers, hosting events, and broker open houses. We will determine which avenues of marketing are right for you and your property.
I will advocate for you to ensure you get the price that you want on the terms that you want. I will make sure everything goes smoothly with the appraisal if there is one and set up an effortless closing.
