8 Steps for Buyers

  • Start your search in the best position possible by having both your realtor and your lender determined. Need help finding a lender? I can help.

  • Getting pre-approved before you start looking at homes will ensure you can make the best offer possible when the time comes. It will also help us determine which properties are in your budget when starting the search.

  • Once you sign the buyer agreement, we can officially start working together.

  • I will create your MLS search customized to your parameters. This will ensure you are the first to know when new homes hit the market.

  • This is the fun part. Once we determine properties you want to take a look at in person, we will set up private showings.

  • Behind every good offer is a quality strategy. I work personally with each of my clients to put together a customized offer writing strategy that gives you the best chance of having your offer accepted.

  • Once an offer is accepted, you are officially under contract! At this point, I will be doing everything in my power to effectively negotiate the contract to your satisfaction and get you to close.

  • The best part of the home search process has officially arrived, closing day! This is where you will sign paperwork, finalize your home purchase, and most importantly, get your keys.
